Nicky Newfield is a talented entrepreneur, impact investor, and strategic philanthropist. Nicky co-founded Ji in 2010 breaking significant boundaries, introducing Educational Technology and blended learning to the world of Jewish Education. Along with a powerful team, she has passionately driven Ji to be a worldwide organization and an innovative, high quality, educational technology production house. Since Nicky stepped down as the Ji CEO she has been building and implementing a strong philanthropic vision for the Glatt family foundation including field building in Jewish Ed tech, economic and educational development in Jerusalem and women’s health. She is currently building up her impact investment portfolio, specifically in impact sectors such as EdTech, MedTech (especially VR health-related ventures) and assistive technologies. Nicky, originally from South Africa, has a B.Sc in Physiotherapy and lives in Jerusalem, Israel with her husband and three children.
