A gamified, digital course to teach yourself to read Hebrew in 6 units!
Aimed at the older child or adult who wants to learn how to read Hebrew quickly and efficiently, this course teaches the letters – name and sound – as well as slowly building up syllabic combinations and simple words. At each stage, the student is able to read the word and then check themselves, hearing each letter and then the whole word. The last two units deal with more complicated combinations of vowels and letters as well as some exceptions. Try the first lesson free or access the whole course with a Jigzi plan.

We have added a new practice playlist for the learner to practice reading several prayers, with the ability to check each word. Clicking a word gives the syllabic breakdown of the word, so learners can check their accuracy and decoding ability.
