All about Shabbat!

Shabbat Interactive is a program for children aged 6-11. Nine modules teach the history of Shabbat and the practical aspects of Shabbat, accompanied by blended learning lesson plans and curriculum.

NOTE: We have rebuilt Shabbat Interactive in Jigzi!
 All educator resources are included in the JIGs within the playlists.

Educator Guide

The complete Educator Guide is downloadable from within the Shabbat Interactive playlist itself, from the Teacher Resources section. Within each of the 9 digital modules, there are links to:

  • A blended learning curriculum plan outlining learning objectives, knowledge, skills, understanding, learning outcomes, and success criteria for that module
  • A printable worksheet for the class
  • A lesson plan with additional material relevant to the module such as enlarged Chumash texts, Gemorahs, and Midrashim
