Gratitude has been shown to be one of the strongest factors in people’s happiness. Like empathy, it is multi-dimensional because it includes both attitude and behavior. People who demonstrate gratitude tend to have greater physical health, stronger relationships, more successful coping mechanisms with stress and obstacles, and experience greater positive emotion. According to Judaism, gratitude is a very central trait and should be utilized in every relationship; family, friends, colleagues, teachers and more.
Wishing you a holiday filled with joy and gratitude!
